Take Back the Night

Virtual Vigil

March 13th 2021 6-7pm

A collective movement across the UK in response to the murder of Sarah Everard. This online event is organised to coincide with the core 'Reclaim These Streets' vigil planned to take place on Clapham Common on Saturday 13th March at 6pm. (This was then officially cancelled.)

We teamed up with Sandi Toksvig, Deborah Frances-White and Mandu Reid (Leader of the Women's Equality Party) for a shared moment of silence and solidarity for Sarah Everard and all women lost to violence.

The vigil was initially planned to be hosted on Zoom but due to overwhelming demand, it was also streamed live on our Facebook page.
